What's inside

A shop you walk slowly through.

Part greenhouse, part florist, part mercantile. Everything here is chosen so you can build a little indoor jungle and keep it alive.

Houseplants

From easy first plants to the rare and unusual. Pots big and small, with honest advice on light and water before you take one home.

Fresh & dried florals

Cut stems and arrangements for the moment, and dried florals that hold their color long after. Wrapped to give or to keep.

Vessels & planters

Pots, vases and planters to match the plant and the room, so the container looks as good as what grows in it.

Plant care & tools

Soil, food, and the small tools that make a difference, plus the kind of guidance that keeps a plant going through its first season.

Mercantile & gifts

Plant-minded goods and gifts worth wrapping up, for the gardener in your life or the windowsill in yours.

Community plant days

The shop hosts plant days and gatherings for swapping cuttings, asking questions, and meeting other people who love this stuff.

The boutique

On N Peters Road, under a lot of leaves.

Flora & Folia is a houseplant and floral boutique in West Knoxville. The shelves carry rare and everyday houseplants, fresh and dried florals, and the vessels, soil and tools to look after them, alongside a small mercantile of plant-minded goods.

The idea is simple: anyone can become a plant parent. Come in to find a plant for a tricky corner, ask what is wrong with the one at home, or pick out flowers for someone. The staff would rather send you home with the right plant than the biggest one.
